Shipping

Shipping will be a flat fee of $15 for orders under $150 in the US. Shipping is free for all other orders in the US.  

Orders in stock will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. Tracking details will be e.mailed. Pre order or items not in stock – We will inform you on delivery times depending on the time of year order is placed.

Orders placed from all other countries- Shipping will be determined on delivery address.

Duties and Taxes

Alamwar is not responsible for any duties and taxes. 

Returns Policy

All returns must be approved by alamwar. You must request and return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must have tags and in original condition, should not be washed or used.

 Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All items must be received in our Illinois warehouse. Please note that once your return is delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 5 business days for processing. The refund will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Note the cost of the original shipping and the subsequent return shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded, unless the items are considered damaged by Alamwar.

ALAMWAR DOES NOT ALLOW ANY RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.

Exchange Policy

Alamwar does not offer exchanges. You will need to return your original purchase (see Returns Policy above) and receive a refund for it, then place a new order online for desired items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Alamwar items are hand printed or hand screened. Slight imperfection in each design is the unique nature of handmade items and not considered damaged. If you believe your item is damaged, you will be asked to submit photographs of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Alamwar, whether or not this is a legitimate fault.

If an item is labeled as damaged by alamwar, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Orders

Occasionally items are incorrectly listed as ‘in stock’ on our website. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. Alamwar gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.

Cancellations

Please cancel the order before we ship. Once the item is shipped, we will refund the customer only after we have received the item back at our warehouse. Returns must be made within 14 days of placing an order and must get approval from alamwar before you return the item.

Promotional Codes

Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offer.

Pricing

All pricing is listed in US dollars. Alamwar reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Prices listed may differ across various stockists and countries.
